Dayvan Cowboy was a warfighter who served aboard the Pathfinder Ship Pegasus . He was a native of the planet Sapphire . He was a specialist in desert tactical and rescue operations. He was a part of the rescue team dispatched to the surface of the planet Yronwode when the initial contact party became stranded on the planet's surface. While on the planet, he participated in tactical operations intended to secure the rescue of Commander William Keeler who had been kidnapped and brainwashed by the planet's native inhabitants.
