George Borrows Things was a mechanoid encountered by a landing party on the planet EdenWorld.
George Borrows Things was 3,267 years old at the time the landing party discovered him. He had become immobile after being struck by lightning. He was repaired and reactivated by Technician Scout. GBT saved the party from a pack of lycanthropes by excreting foul-smelling internal lubricants. He traveled with the party to Chiban Prefecture, where his power reserves were restored. He remained as a guardian of the Temple of the Z’Batsu, awaiting the arrival of Phase II Ships.
