Jubal was a male inhabitant of the planet Bodicea who lived prior to the Aurelian conquest. He was a dissident who virulently opposed the Soroarchy that ruled the planet and was involved in an underground resistance movement. Jubal was the father of Tobias and the Grandfather of Pieta.
